BAH: California White Sea Bass roasted with olives and basil with potatoes crushed with garlic, chilies, and arugula and tomato vinaigrette
Olives and lemon zest
Pesto

Finished stuffed filet

Chop potatoes and peel some garlic
Boil until the potatoes are cooked
Mash some fresh tomatoes.....no seeds
Add some balsamic and some olive oil
Stir it all together
Mash in some butter
Fold in some mascarpone
Wilt some arugula
Cooked fish

Plated for the readers eye
BAH
When ever I make a post with the letters BAH before it means it is a recipe from the Boulavard cookbook which my friend and I have decided to cook are way through!
